Fond\u00e9e en avril 2017 en Norv\u00e8ge, l\u2019entreprise s&rsquo;est rapidement impos\u00e9e comme un acteur cl\u00e9 sur le march\u00e9 des navires porte-conteneurs de taille interm\u00e9diaire. Depuis sa cr\u00e9ation, la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 a acquis une flotte importante de porte-conteneurs, devenant ainsi l&rsquo;une des plus grandes entreprises sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9es dans ce segment. Cette croissance a \u00e9t\u00e9 soutenue par une strat\u00e9gie d&rsquo;acquisition agressive, permettant \u00e0 MPCC d&rsquo;acheter des navires \u00e0 des prix attractifs durant des p\u00e9riodes o\u00f9 le march\u00e9 \u00e9tait relativement bas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La soci\u00e9t\u00e9 s&rsquo;est concentr\u00e9e sur les navires de taille interm\u00e9diaire, principalement ceux ayant une capacit\u00e9 <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>de 1 000 \u00e0 3 000 EVP (\u00e9quivalents vingt pieds), qui sont essentiels pour les routes r\u00e9gionales et les liaisons avec les ports secondaires. Cette niche a permis \u00e0 MPCC de se positionner comme un leader dans le domaine des services de transport r\u00e9gional et intra-r\u00e9gional.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le mod\u00e8le commercial de l&rsquo;entreprise repose sur la location de ses navires \u00e0 des entreprises de transport maritime majeures dans le cadre de contrats d&rsquo;affr\u00e8tement. Cela offre \u00e0 MPCC une stabilit\u00e9 financi\u00e8re gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 des flux de revenus r\u00e9guliers, tout en r\u00e9duisant les risques li\u00e9s \u00e0 la volatilit\u00e9 des taux de fret.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Strat\u00e9gie et Perspectives Futures<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>L&rsquo;une des forces de MPCC r\u00e9side dans sa capacit\u00e9 \u00e0 s&rsquo;adapter aux dynamiques changeantes du march\u00e9. Avec une demande mondiale pour le transport de conteneurs qui reste forte, surtout dans les march\u00e9s \u00e9mergents, MPCC est bien positionn\u00e9e pour tirer parti de ces opportunit\u00e9s.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Quelques chiffres <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le PER 2024 est de 4,28 et le PER estim\u00e9 2025 est de 6,57<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Apr\u00e8s avoir vers\u00e9 un rendement de 48,7 % en 2023, c&rsquo;est 17,5 % de rendement pour 2024 et les estimations 2025 \u00e0 11,40%.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le ROE 2023 \u00e9tait de 44,09 apr\u00e8s avoir affich\u00e9 plus de 60 en 2022, la projection 2024 du ROE sera tr\u00e8s certainement proche de 40.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Conclusion<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>MPC Container Ships ASA a su, en peu de temps, se forger une place de choix dans le secteur du transport maritime de conteneurs. Sa sp\u00e9cialisation dans les navires de taille interm\u00e9diaire et sa strat\u00e9gie d&rsquo;affr\u00e8tement ont permis \u00e0 l&rsquo;entreprise de cro\u00eetre rapidement et de devenir un acteur incontournable dans ce domaine.
